The Collegeville/Trappe Municipal Authority provides sanitary sewer service in Trappe Borough. The CTMA office is located at 220 West First Avenue; the telephone number is 610. 489.2831.
C-T Utility Department Offers An On-Line Portal
You have several options to pay your water and/or sewer bill. You may mail the amount due to the C-T Utility Department or drop it off at their office located at 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA.
The online portal will allow for multiple payment types, such as debit and credit cards, pay by text and so forth, for a fee. It will also allow access to opt for paperless billing, view your bill and view your account history.
If you would like to register for online access to your account, please go to www.ctpublicworks.com and click on “Payments.” When registering, your book number is the first three digits of your account number. We will no longer be utilizing the ACH Forms. if a customer would like to set up ACH they will need to go to the online portal. Please see the instructions below.
To register your account for Auto Pay, please log on to www.ctpublicworks.com.
- Click on the “Payments” option at the top of the screen.
- Then select option “click here to make a guest payment.”
- Register here and then go to “Autopay.”
- Click on Please add a new Payment Method before signing up for AutoPay by clicking here.
A $2.95 fee will apply for each transaction.
