C-T Utility Department Offers Automated Bill Payment Program
You have several options to pay your water and/or sewer bill. You may mail the amount due to the C-T Utility Department or drop it off at their office located at 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA. You have a third method to pay your bill. The C-T Utility Department invites you to sign up for our Automated Bill Payment Program (ACH). This service offers you an easy and convenient way to pay your water and/or sewer bill each quarter without the hassle of remembering to write a check. To enroll in the ACH program, simply complete This Form and return it along with a VOIDED check to the C-T Utility Department, ATTN: Billing Administrator, 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA 19426.
