You have several options to pay your water and/or sewer bill. You may mail the amount due to the C-T Utility Department or drop it off at their office located at 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA.
You have a third method to pay your bill. The C-T Utility Department invites you to sign up for Automated Bill Payment Program (ACH). This service offers you an easy and convenient way to pay your water and sewer bill each quarter without the hassle of remembering to write a check. To enroll in the ACH program, simply complete and submit the (click here) Automated Bill Payment Form and return it along with a VOIDED check to the C-T Utility Department, ATTN: Elizabeth Veres, Billing Administrator, 220 West First Avenue, Trappe, PA 19426.
