Set Up An Inspection
Building, Mechanical, Plumbing and Zoning inspections must be scheduled through the Borough Offices. Inspections are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 9 am and 11:30am. Inspections are taken on a first come, first serve basis and the first available time slot must be taken. Please contact the Administrative Assistant at 610.489.7181 Ext. 1.
Trappe Borough has engaged a third-party contractor as their Building Code Inspector. As such, you may not contact him directly to schedule an inspection.
Electrical Inspections must be scheduled with a Third Party, State Certified Inspection Agency. The Inspection Agency who approved the drawings is typically the agency used for inspections. The contractor is responsible for providing a copy of the cut-card either themselves or from the Inspection Agency.
